THE GREAT JUDGE

Imagine  having a court  case  and you don't have what it takes to afford a lawyer. You will definately lose out. People will manipulate everything to cover up a criminal. But we have a faithful advocate who mediates us with God. His name is Jesus Christ. However, this is never  a guarantee to disobey God, rather we should work out  our salvation with fear and trembling. It  literally means, if you've never accepted God's free gift of salvation through Christ, you are under condemnation. What are you waiting for?

TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT

There'sn't any greater power than the  name of Jesus. At his name, every knee shall bow down  and every  tongue  confess  that Jesus Christ is lord. I would like to share a testimony of a witch who got born again after hearing a voice telling him to go to the born agains to pray for him. He says, he then saw a man with a pierced waist with blood flowing out it. This was definately the lamb of God.He also told us, satan doesn't  give solutions to those who seek help from him,instead, he adds more demons  in them so they can become constant clients. He also says they were not allowed to let born agains and swine to enter their shrine as this was a taboo. The grace of God is amazing. It doesn't  matter  what you've done. If  we confess our sins, he faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all our un righteousness. 1 John 1:9.

"TOUCH NOT GOD'S ANNOINTED"

He's  the  lord  God  that  goes  before us  as  a consuming  fire  and  drives  our  enemies  from  before  us.
About   a  year  ago,  there  was   a  workmate  who  was  on  my  case  and  made  everything  possible  for  me  to  be  terminated. The  battle  belongs  to God  anyway. Yesterday, on the 28th  of January  2013, a  team  from  the immigration  department  ambushed  the  place  and  got  every  foreigner  who didn't   have  proper  documents  concerning   their  stay   in Uganda  and  this  very  person who was  on  my case  was the  main point  of target  as  his passport  had been earlier  rejected  at Immigration.  They  arrested  about 30 people. The rest  were released  but  he was  detained  and he  spent  a night  at  the police station. As  I  write  this  blog, it  is about  6 hours  from the  time he's  been  deported  to  his  home country  by  the Ugandan government.

A RIGHTEOUS MAN FALLS 7 TIMES

No   matter  how  much  the devil  strikes  you,  there's  always  grace  to get  up.  A  righteous  man falls seven times  but rises again. Proverbs 24:16.  As  long as  you're  still  alive,  there's  a chance  to go back to him. Do not rejoice over  me my enemy, for when I fall I will rise, when  I  sit in darkness the lord will be my everlasting light. Micah 7:8.   God  will  deliver  you  from 6 troubles, upon the 7th  shall no evil touch you. Job 5:19.  There's  no  mountain   that  he can not remove. Whoever  calls upon the name of the lord shall be saved.  Joel 2:32.

I SAW THE LORD

Despite   God  calling  him   from  the beginning  and  ordaining  him  to  be a  prophet  to nations,  Isaiah  says   in  the  6th   chapter  that  in  the year  king  Uziah  died  he  saw  the lord.  Uziah  was  a  proud  king   who went  to  extremes  of  offering  incense  to  God,  something  that  was  only  done by  priests  and  as  a  result, God  struck  him  with  leprosy.We  don't  know  God  yet  till  we  pass  all  his  tests   in  our  lives, the greatest  being  love  for  everyone regardless  of  how  they  treat  us.

KEEP MOVING

As  we  walk  with  the  lord,  there  are  challenges  we meet  but  we  have  to ensure  our  steps  are directed   by God's  word. There's  the  valley  of the shadow of death,floods, fire, traps  from  the  enemy. God  will  not  allow   your   foot  to  be  moved. Psalms 121.     He  sets  your  feet  on  a  rock  to  stay.  When  you  feel  like  slipping,  his  love  will  support  you. Never  look  behind  nor  turn  to  the left  or right.  He's with  you.  Always   remember   the  steps  of  a righteous  man  are ordered  by  God. Psalm  37:23

BEAUTY FOR ASHES

For   every  down treading  circumstance  in  our  lives, God  will  give  us  beauty  for ashes. He  will lift us up when our spirits  are low. Psalms 145:14,  and  remove  every   reproach  the devil  has put on us  only  if we  believe  and  trust  his   word.  When  we  are  weak, then  we  are  strong Joel 3:10. Satan  only  fights  those  that  cause  havoc  to his kingdom.  We  should  therefore  take  courage   for  the battle  belongs  to  God.  We  ought  to put  on  the  armor  of  God  ie  righteousness,faith,salvation, preaching  the gospel, truth  and the word  of  God.  For   the weapons of  our warfare   are  not  carnal  but  mighty through  God  to the  pulling  down  of strongholds, casting down every  imagination  that  exalts  itself  against  God  and bringing  into  captivity to the obedience  of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:4

HANGING IN THERE

Blessed   are   they   who  dwell  in  his  house.  They  are ever  praising  him  and  they  will go from strength  to  strength. Psalms 84:7. We  go  from  glory  to  glory. 2 Cor  3:18.  It  means  we  praise  God  when things  are  good  or  bad. Our  happiness  or joy  is never  limited  to circumstances. It  is the  peace  of  God  that  surpasses  all understanding. I   know  that  my  redeemer  lives   and  he shall stand  at  last  on  the  earth.  Job 19:25.  We  are  troubled  on every  side but  not distressed. perplexed but not  in  despair, persecuted  but  not  forsaken  cast down  but  not  destroyed. 2 Cor 4:8
