1. To guard our waists with the belt of truth
2. Put on the breast plate of righteousness.
3. Shod our feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace.
4. Have faith as a shield at all times to quench all the burning arrows shot by the evil one
5. The helmet of salvation
6. The sword of the spirit which is the word of God
